Attorney Mark V.
Morsch has been representing clients who have suffered of personal
injury, medical neglect or wrongful death here in the greater Orlando
area for the past 21 years. Mr. Morsch began his law practice in
Orlando, Florida in 1985. He has served as president and owner of The Morsch Law Group since 1997. Mark has a passion for
representing those individuals who have suffered serious injury or even
death due to the negligence of another. Attorney Morsch is a civil
trial attorney and regularly tries his cases before jurys in the state
court and federal court system here in Florida. Mr. Morsch has made it
his career path to undertake the aggressive legal representation of
people who are often victims of abuse and neglect.
Attorney
Morsch also handles appeals in both the state and
federal court
systems. He is admitted to the Federal Court system in both the 11th
Circuit (Florida) and Illinois. Mr. Morsch's litigation experience
includes the prosecution of civil rights actions in federal court
and the prosecution of personal injury, wrongful death, medical
negligence and products liability litigation in the state court
system. Mr. Morsch has litigation experience in both state and federal
actions against the state of Florida and it's subdivisions, including
law enforcement and cities and counties here in Florida who violate
the rights of it's citizens resulting in serious injury or death. The
firm also represents patients in nursing homes who are victims of
abuse and neglect. One of the most meaningful and important legal
matters Mr. Morsch handles on behalf of The Morsch Law Group is the
pro bono representation of children here in Florida who are victims of
abuse and neglect and who cannot afford to retain an attorney to
represent their interests where they have been victims of abuse and
neglect. The Morsch Law Group works with the local court system to be
appointed a Guardian Ad Litem for these young, defenseless victims of
abuse and neglect. Mark has worked with the Church of Nazarene
here in Central Florida for the past twenty plus years
and incorporates his faith as a Christian in to the legal work he
